Live from Comic-Con
Hi everyone!
I’m here at Comic-Con with the Maximum PC /Gaming University booth (#5129 if you’re in town!) and it is pretty rad. Met up with Bruce Webb, of Batman’s Utility Belt fame, today – he’s even taller than I am, which is impressive. His rig is drawing admiring looks from the masses.
I also want to remind all of you that we’re auctioning off Bruce’s rig for charity; you can enter at the booth any day of Comic-con, and we’ll announce the winner on, I believe, Sunday. More deets to follow tomorrow mornin’.
But seriously. You can own a fully-functional PC built into a friggin’ utility belt. Oh, and help people. How wicked rad is that?
Also, Round Five of the monthly tournament is under way, so you should vote. Round Six begins on the 27th.
Not sure what’s going on
Not sure what’s going on there, warmachine; I’m on the road at the moment but I’ll look into it when I get back. From my cursory inspection, votes seem to be going as normal.
Scirocco, we’re still working on Vistas – we’ve been having a little bit of trouble with that, as April’s winners can tell you, but rest assured you’ll get yours as soon as we can get them. April people and June haven’t gotten theirs either – but you all definitely will.

By the way, here it is near the end of July. Any word on the Vista copies for May? I’ve not received mine for that battle, although I did receive the $200 check. Just wondering as I have a machine that needs an OS.

i voted for several battles in the last round….when i now look @ the details of the Cases i voted for the last round doesn´t show up like it was never there….

Warmachine, the battles are currently filling in the spots where other rigs have pulled out of the competition. Thus any blank spaces in their record is where the new round will be recorded first, instead of at the end. It has been doing this for a couple weeks now. :) The record is there just hidden a few spaces up the list. For instance the battle this was in was with Tribal Eclipse which filled in an empty spot way up in the #3 position of the battles waged list for this rig. score was :
vs Tribal Eclipse: LOSS [125]-[208] :)
