Rocked out to it for years and then it eventually burned out. I couldn’t throw out such a cool retro amp… so now it’s my new home server.
I modded the amp’s original buttons to work the power, reset, and fan controls. Also the “watt meter” on the front now registers any hard drive activity. (you can hear it ticking anytime someone accesses the server)
